Why there is a building in downtown Ulaanbaatar called “The Arizona Center” is beyond me. Why it has a steampunk Battlefield Earth style robot in front of it must completely defy explanation. Important note: The dreadlocks are made of bike chains.

Hi Alice, I was playing with Google Earth and randomly landed in street view right in front of the Arizona Centre, where I saw this! So I googled it, and found your blog. I recognise the statue and, ten years later, have an answer for you. It's a model of the predator from the Predator movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger... but why it's here, in front of this building, in Ulaanbaatar will, I think, forever remain a mystery!
